Feelin' the FLOW-Workshop series and Spin Jam

-Join our community of dancers & performers as we join together in a day of connecting and celebrating our love of dance and object manipulation!

There will be a variety of workshops throughout the event, followed by a 2 hour jam session!

-Hooping workshop by HoopCharmer
Time: 5:45-6:45pm
Have fun and feel sexy while you exercise! Learn new ways of transitioning from move to move within the hoop, build combinations, and sharpen your hoop skills! Whether you are a brand new beginner or you've been hooping for a while, there will be something for everyone in this class
targeted at building on each individuals flow. Hoops will be available for use in the workshop.

-Wing Dancing and movement workshop by AnJa of Indirani
Time: 6:50-7:50pm
Learn to dance gracefully and elegantly using Isis Wings! in this workshop, we will cover techniques used for the art of Wing Dancing. Feel like a goddess, look sexy, and get a great work out! Wings will be available for use during the workshop.

-Technical poi workshop by Tammy Firefly
Time: 7:55-8:55pm
Go beyond the flow... Tired of the same poi tricks? Enhance your poi technique with Firefly. Just a beginner? Don't worry. We've got something for everyone here. Some poi will be available for use in the workshop, but if you have access to a pair please bring them.

-Due to technical difficulties the staff workshop is being postponed to a future workshop date.

*Individual workshops are 10$ each
